Lindsey grew up in Mankato, Minnesota but after getting married and moving to Minneapolis she co-founded a church, ministry and school. For 23 years she served faithfully in whatever area was needed. The favorite part of her life is being a mom to her 6 children; 3 boys and 3 girls ranging from 21 years to 1 year old.

She enjoys baking and art in any form; music, dance, acting, painting, sculpting, makeup, graphic design and decorating baked goods which is what led to the opening of Itza Treat in December 2025.
